Angela V John

Angela V.John is an Honorary Professor of History at Aberystwyth University. Her most recent book is Evelyn Sharp. Rebel Woman 1869-1955 (Manchester University Press, 2009). She is currently working on a biography of Lady Rhondda. She has written the introductions to reprints of Menna Gallie's novels, You're Welcome to Ulster, Strike for a Kingdom and Travels with a Duchess, all published by Honno. She is a vice-president of Llafur, the Welsh Peoples History Society. Previous books include a biography of Lady Charlotte Guest.
